Our consortium consists of the RATH Community Group,
CORE New Mossley Community Group and the Ballyduff Community Redevelopment Group
Our aim is to engage former combatants from the Newtownabbey area to engage in a transformation process which will require their participation in, and support for, a range of peacebuilding, community development and social justice activities.
To develop community organisations which will support our peacebuilding work and develop civic society engagement within the wider community.
To provide a range of Training & Employment opportunities, particularly for young people and former combatants and their family members.
To lobby on behalf of all our communities for the resources to regenerate our estates and attract inward investment to enable people to engage and participate in civic society which promotes safe and confident communities.
To engage in the exploration of intra, inter, cross community and cross border activities and conversations with any individual, group, organisation, statutory agency or government department who we feel will assist in our transformation journey.
